Using Wool Pellets In Your Garden

  • We recommend using ½ cup (4 oz) of wool pellets per gallon pot of soil when potting new plants.
  • Distribute pellets on top of the soil as necessary to already potted plants and gardens. If possible, lightly work the pellets into the soil.
  • 1 lb. of pellets to 10-15 square feet of garden soil
  • Water as needed, taking into account that wool pellets will hold water for longer periods of time. Be careful not to overwater.
